To make a good leadership by princelect
¶. God first in all. (man will always depend on a higher been)
¶. Do not continue from where your predecessor stopped except you are sure of his foundation. (Psalm 11:3 KJV
If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?)
¶. Be someone who embrace challenges, create challenges to be solved by you so u dnt have to panic at the emergences of one.
¶. Be humane but not over emotional.
¶. Be a subject to yourself,(this is to say your leadership should start from yourself *self discipline*)
¶. Embrace peace and acknowledge wisdom & foresight.
¶. Be selective of your cabinet, (grey hair doesn't always mean wisdom)
¶. Don't be quick in making decision & not out of anger.
¶. Be Quick to hear but don't let the information you get control your mind.
¶. Be friend to all but have no friend.
¶. Be a multvator, considerate, inspiring.
¶. Don't despise good & Godly advice
¶. Your aspirations should not only be aimed at the seat for power but to make an impact to the society.
